POSITION: LEAD FACILITATOR

On 28/12/2020-29/12/2020, ARViS club conducted a workshop called "Drone Simulator and Poster Editing" via Discord and Google Meet. The objective of the workshop is to teach students to control drone using Python programming language and to learn how to make a good poster.
Before the program, we held a few meetings between the club members on Discord to determine the person in charge of the programme and to make sure everyone know their role in the programme. The faci were taught by AJK program on how to control drone using Python programming language as they need to teach the participant later during the workshop.
A few days before the workshop, another meeting were held between AJK, lead faci and lead competition faci as preparation for the workshop. We discuss about the tentative, tasks, problems and pre-caution step to avoid any error during the programme. When everyone is confident about their task, we dismiss the meeting.
We held our workshop and competition with the help of Discord platform. During the first day of the programme, I gave my talk as the deputy facilitator to explain to the participants on the workshop tentative, how the learning will be held and taking note if there is any problem with the participant before the workshop begin.
Although we encountered some technical problem during the program, we still managed to solve the problem in time with help of critical thinking. We ended the workshop with prize-giving ceremony on Google Meet. The prize were given in cash via Online Banking. Everyone was so happy during the final ceremony. I managed to sharpen my skills in communication with being the lead faci and gain new experience by conducting a workshop online!

On 13/03/2021, I joined a program held by PERTAMA UKM as the representative for ARVIS Club. In this program, for the first series, we learned about the Communication between corporates and the Impact of budgeting in an organization.
